TAX FREE AND NEW SALARY
Required Flight Time: Total time 4500 hours to include PIC on commercial jets, 3000 hours on aircraft with a MTOW 45,000 kgs or 2000 hours If the MTOW is 160,000. (all other text is same)

PLUS OTHER BENEFITS:
1. 3 year contract, renewable, subject to operational requirements
2. 12.3 months salary paid each year, free of tax
3. A onetime payment 20% of a month’s base pay on initial joining.
4. SR600.00 per month transportation allowance
5. 3% annual salary increase, until the maximum of the salary grade is reached.
6. Night Flying: 5% of an employee’s hourly rate for hours flown between 1800-0600 LT
7. Monthly Productivity Allowance of SR.200.00 for each block hour above 45 Hours;
8. Overtime will be calculated Aircraft Group based monthly Basic Salary divided by monthly guaranteed hour.
9. Annual Productivity Bonus: 50% of a Month Base Pay will be Paid to Flight Deck Crew members who fly above Annual Block Hours: 750 & Above for ‘D’; 700 & Above for ‘C’; and 650 & above for ‘B’.
10. Personal Accident Insurance Maximum cover:-
Captains - SR802,000
First Officer - SR475,000
11. Layover Expense from block-in to block-out at the layover station:
Domestic :SR20 per hour; International:SR25 per hour.
12. Loss of Licence Insurance for Non-American Flight Crew from minimum SR.168,000 Up to Maximum of SR 540,000. American Contractors are covered for a maximum sum of SR168,000.
13. One Additional Crew Member (ACM) ticket on Saudia each month.
14. Full Simulator Hours will be compensated and shall be treated as Actual Block Hours.
15. Ground Time: 12 Hours Ground time with One Hour.
16. Length of Service Award, paid on successfully completing employment:-
From 1 to 5 years a half month’s base pay for each year of completed service. Over 5 years but less than 10 years two-third; and one month base pay for each year of completed service over 10 years.
17. Free cargo shipment of up to 400Kgs for an employee on married status and 200 Kgs on single status, on initial joining and final departure.
18. An annual bonus of one month’s base pay, paid pro rata in year of joining.
19. Free Medical Cover for employee and eligible dependents (Except Dental, Audio & Visual Aids).
20. School Education subsidy for up to 3 children as per policy.
21. Travel benefits for employee and eligible dependents on Saudia and other airlines.
22. One positive space ticket for employee, and up to 3 eligible dependants, to domicile each year.
23. 1 service charge, sub load ticket, for employee and up to 3 eligible dependants on Saudia each year
24. 10 official holidays per year, as per periodic declarations subject to operational requirement.
25. 30 calendar day’s paid annual vacation
26. Free furnished, air-conditioned, accommodation including utilities, Gas, Water, Electricity and Maintenance, (Excluding telephone charges) for married and single status employees
27. Free membership to the Saudia Sports Club for employee and dependents

Prior to joining, selected candidates, must be minimum a High School Graduate and current in Flying; hold a valid, unrestricted FAA or JAA Airline Transport Pilot Certificate, preferably with a type rating OR a pass in the FAA / JAA ATP written exam together with a current ICAO ATP equivalent licence. Current FAA /JAA First Class medical. Age: 30 – 55 inclusive. At 53 or greater, an FAA / JAA ATP with a type rating for the equipment hired.
