She e-mailed me a few weeks ago; she is still flying the 777 at DEN.

See... this is the problem I have with ALPA. Every time they feel like they need some money they decide to welcome back all these scabs. It's pretty simple.... you cross a line.... you are a scab. To top it off, this woman did it twice and ALPA still did the forgive and forget. Oh, I'm sorry, they don't forget, they just forgive (or so it says on the list). I'm certainly not one of these militiant union guys who runs to check the scab list every time we have a jumpseater on board, but still, isn't it sort of absurd that somebody who is listed for two seperate events can be at the top of her profession and at one of the companies she crossed at?

As far as I know, she's a non-member. The only scabs that were accepted back into the union from what I gather were the CAL scabs. And THAT was a big goombah screw up.

I'm not sure if the union "forgave" because ALPA cannot fire a pilot. She scabbed at Wien, then left to scab at UAL during their strike.

Who says they welcomed her back? The union can't do anything about her working at United. As far as I've read, she's not an ALPA member, and all ALPA can control is their own membership.
