CANPASS help

Has anyone gone through the process of Individual Rehabilitation in Canada to be able to qualify for CANPASS? It’s been 8 years since the DWAI offense and an attorney has been contacted. Looking for the quickest way to get this knocked out. Just trying to help my friend out as she got an offer with a career employer.

My ex tried this, (as my family is Canadian) and she couldn't come with me to visit. I think it was 7-8 years since the OWI, but she was rejected. Looking over the package, it seemed correct and together. No idea why. Oh well.
Probably for the best.

I think Canada requires 10 years since the OWI before you can apply.

You can apply after 5 years. After 10, depending on the charge, it's kind of automatic.
