Can I get a first-class airman medical certificate

What is your HepC Ag status?

You appear to have immunity to hepatitis C and have probably been infected at some time. The issuance of ANY class of medical certificate requires an initial SPecial Issuance by the FAA. After the first certificate, the AME may issue certificates if your status does not change. For the initial certificate, you will need to Submit all pertinent medical information and current status report, include duration of symptoms, name and dosage of drugs and side effects to the FAA.

I also note your Hepatitis B antibody is negative. You need to get immunized for Hepatitis B.

I dont know the HepC Ag status. I never feel uncomfortable and I never have any medicine.
Can I get my first-class airman medical certificate?

Dear Sir: I think I did not express my meaning very accurately because I can't type all the medical exam datas here. I went to a flight surgeon this morning and showed him my datas. He said "ok, you are quite good in health", he said I can get my first class certificate any time if I apply. He told me that there a lot of different meanings in my message here. He told me that I should type that HBcAb is Hepatitis B core Antibody. So I am quite health nowatime. But as your suggetion, He think I should get immunized for Hepatitis B because the HBsAb is zero again now. Anyway thank you for you help.
 
You can apply but it appears from what you have told me that you are going to have to forward documentation to the FAA for a final decision on the medical certificate.
