Outsourcing!!

We had an FA jumpseat on our Saab once. She of course didn't ask for a ride, just took her seat and our FA didn't tell us until we got to our destination.

My CA says he will no longer allow them on his aircraft.

Whoops! Didn't realize it was outsourcing. The post came up in my Indeed.com results.

how is it outsourcing? Aer Lingus wants to hire FA's. Are they only allowed by the union gods to hire Irish people?

It should be a flight operated by either United or Spanair. Not an Irish airline.

And if you didnt know, the bird is Aer Lingus, but its not even operated by Aer Lingus pilots or cabin crew.
