Still trying to reach the Top Shelf
I'm looking for a Qualified/Current contract pilot for a C510 PIC and a C525 PIC/SIC position in the Miami area.

Also, if you're commercial, Multi-engine, experience in Jets and/or have a type rating in anything AND you're willing to learn; I'm willing to train you for a contract SIC position.

You must be personable, reliable, professional and willing to work. These are privately-owned aircraft.

I'm based in Miami but we travel often, both domestic and international.
PM me if interested.....

This one just seems fishy to me. I've got no dog in the fight, I'm a CFI... but your post and your user profile just don't add up. The "commercial, multiengine, and/or have a type in anything" part is particularly vague. Would you be more specific on minimums for us, please? How does this contract work? How many people are employed by you/your boss? If your a/c type (per your profile) is really a C172, what do you do for the aircraft owner(s)? I know you want interested parties to PM you, but it'd behove you to put that type of info into your post. It'll cut down on "well, I have 268 hours and a multi-commercial, but I'm super duper reliable" replies.

I see it's your first post; welcome. I don't mean to pounce, but we get a lot of garbage coming through here. Just be more specific, and give us confidence that there is a real opportunity here.

:yeahthat:

For a "non-pounce reply" you did pretty good.

First note: don't trust the profiles, I didn't have time to post them all, and yes, I fly a C172. Yes I have both C525B and C510 and C172 and C182 and C208, etc........

I looking for a MIAMI-BASED pilot that meets the original post. If you don't live in MIAMI, then your travel to MIAMI will not be covered. Reply if you're still interested.

As for the SIC, I'll take the 300TT guy if he meets the other requirements of the post. I'm looking for the right mix and interest in learning. I'm in a position to allow someone to get in the door at a ground level for SIC and I think I should "pass it on" as Mr. Taylor says. Also, I've never put a lot on TT because it doesn't always tell the story.

The contract work would be based on the demand of the schedule. I'm trying to compile a list of interested parties that I can call. If you're busy that day, I'll call the next person. Your contract daily rate plus all travel expenses from MIAMI.

I send you a PM with some details about myself and to get some more info. I live out West, but I am flexible and can travel/move to MIA, especially if the planes are busy and travel often as indicated in your first post.

I'm interested in the position in Miami. I have 9300 hours typed in the Lear, have international experience, time in B-757, B-727 and Dc-8. Was a corporate pilot for eight

Thanks

How can I give you my details?

I've received a LOT of PMs on this posting. Only three of you live in or near the Miami area. As I mentioned in the posting, this is contract work. So, while the offer to relocate your family to Miami for this position is admirable, you can't support a family on contract work unless you're using this position to augment another career or flying.

IF you are in the MIAMI area and are qualified as described, please let me know.

Folks, I know things are desperate out there but please don't bring down the contract pilot biz by offering to pay for travel expenses. That's not how the game works.

This looks like a good gig for a low-time guy living in the Miami area though. Kudos dustoff for opening this one up!

My point here is that I'm looking for a MIAMI-based pilot. If you're not MIAMI-based but you want the position, then you come to me and I'll pay you from here.

That is the way it works. You can meet the requirements of the job or you can adjust as you deem necessary.

Still looking for a qualified PIC!!!
