British Airways...

I had a trip to two week vacation planed to India this Saturday and for obvious reasons I decided to postpone the plans.

I called British Airways and they said I can pick any further date without any fees!! It took less than 5 minutes and the customer service was excellent.

I'm going to try for Feb 1st.
