This question isn't specific to any one flight school/academy. I've been reading about more and more airlines creating partnerships with flight schools for bridge programs (or lack of a better term)/partnerships ...
... is this going to slowly make it increasingly difficult for one to get on board with an airline taking the FBO Part 61 route?
I understand a lot of it is financially motivated, marketing/propoganda, but I was curious what kind of impact these programs might have.
Obviously, with airlines in delicate situations financially, it might behuve (sp?) them to create partnerships with academies because academies may be willing to offer money to airlines for the association, knowing that such an affiliation may be the hook need to reel in the student.
