Bradley 6/24 resurfacing

RW 15 has a decent length, but I believe there have already been 5 heavies go around today. That's gotta be expensive!

Like many olthers-I'd never flown 15 inbound- always 33 is my preference. Bada Bang- taxi to the end of 33 & I'm in the little plane gate. There are some nice hills on the approach, so I guess people just aren't getting set up in time,...

I grew up in that area, used to watch planes come over 6/24 before they put a stop to it.

Glad they're improving the airport though. Any word on when it'll be done?

Folks still hang out at the end of 6 every evening.
It has been planned for a while, but the surfaces were actually fine, but should be complete June 22.

good to know, my pops flies out of kbaf right up the road. always does his practice approaches into bradley.

easy to spot for planes going into 33 right there at the bowling alley. been doing that since i was a youngster.
