Bose/ZULU

Whats up guys.... The pilot shop I work for got a great deal from a guy who sold us his used but not actually worn Bose from his new Cirrus.... I think we have them for 825>?? You think its a good deal? I personally like our new Zulus;'s

Be careful with the Bose because they could be a panel mount headset and you would not be able to use them in any other aircraft except those that have the proper adapter. I hear that the Zulu's are a good steal but most people still prefer the Bose....could still be just a fad though.

My three week old zulu's are currently being shipped back to the factory in Oregon because the ANR already died...Good headsets when they worked, but I prefer the bose...

Pro's - Good ANR, Bluetooth, Listen to music

Con's - Horrible controls...Easy to change volume by accident. Way too easy to accidently turn on when not in use and kill whole battery...Dont like the hard case, and find it difficult to fold them up to put them away...

If I could have done it again, i'd have gotten the bose.

Are you willing to let yours go? If so, I'm looking to buy a used pair of Zulu's...

ill trade you, lol

I recently got a pair of Zulu's. They're super nice, but I think the edge goes to the Bose for having the same noise reduction with less clamping pressure. As far as it being worth the money, well... comparing to my 20-3G, how much better does a $2,000 stereo sound than a $1,000 stereo? It's better... but not 2X better...
