Sorry guys, haven't been on the forum to answer questions. Yes one of the arms was broken. I sent it to Bose and they completely refurbished it. Nothing is broken. New ear pads. Basically they made the headset new all over again for $175. I am still going to let them go for $435.00 including shipping. Email me if interested. No it's not. It's from 2003. But they just completely refurbished it.
