Bonanaza Prop Strikes Woman

The plane's nose number? :-)

Haha yeah I saw that...

Oh well, I guess what happens in Vegas doesn't always stay in vegas.

Funny how he put the plane up for sale the next day, and he also flew it home. Must have been a very grazing strike, because I thought anything hitting the prop required at least an inspection.

I don't think I'll be buying this plane (even if I had an extra quarter mil lying around)

if it didn't hit her hard enough to kill her, it likely didn't do any damage to the prop...no more than hitting rain or a bunch of bugs, or a little bird...it must have just barely caught her. Bad news however...I bet he's selling it for the impending divorce.

The news here said the plane uses the same tail number of a C310 that crashed years ago in Texas killing 4.

did you read the article? He was in Vegas instead of where he told the wife he was going, and he brought a young woman with him..not a far leap:dunno:

Was that article written by a 14 year old? I felt like I was reading a wall post on MySpace or Facebook....

I'll post up this sentence in case it gets edited:

"A pilot’s wife who said she found out her husband was in Las Vegas only after news hit that his plane was involved in an accident where a propeller his a 21-year-old woman’s head Thursday afternoon, said she is convinced her husband is having an affair."

Nothing Robert Shapiro couldn't make sound squeaky clean. Just kidding. His wife beat him into submission so bad, he had his plane on the market two days later. What ever happened to "Whatever happens in Vegas stays in Vegas."?

Vegas is number 49 in the country for education with a 48% high school graduation rate. :D
