Boeing Flight Dispatcher Position

From everyone I’ve known that’s gone there in recent years (2022-2024), starting pay was in the 75-85k range. They do have a substantial override for night shift though. I want to say around 25%. Annual bonus is based on company performance, look to their last 10 quarters of profit/losses and I’ll let you draw lines on how that’s going right now. Pay increases are performance based instead of a pay scale. Health insurance and 401k match are solid through.
I'm curious if the P/L ledger is for the company as a whole (military/civil/space) or for the specific sector you are working... That would make a big difference as I have to assume the military side is pretty consistently good while the space and civil side.... meh.

One other thing to consider here for those prospects waffling on the price.... Remote dispatch jobs are unicorns. I cannot think of any other opportunities in field that allow you to work from home, and the cost savings and convenience of remote work does have a value add... For the pay, if I was not already where I am I would seriously consider it, especially considering the distinct possibility that the industry is moving into the "ebb" portion of the typical "ebb and flow".
