You need a degree from a university that has 25% population of minorities or higher. That's the toughee. Other than that, an aviation degree, or a private pilot certificate, and a few other things. Its a good program I think, I'd love to do it, I just need to get a degree from the right place.

My BLUE 21 package is submitted right now... I went through the whole process so if anyone has any questions feel free to message me.

Just to once again clarify to all:

The 25% minority college rule is SOLID...can't get around it.
