Blue 21 Initiative

No, they do not. Blue 21 sounds like the ####. Had my school been a little darker, I would have been all over it. Also, google "Navy BDCP" .... that looks good too.

That said, I got picked up in the AF Reserve so all's well that ends well!
 
what exactly is the point of this program? If this is affirmative action what good does it do for a minority?
