Best pilot shop?

Sure, you could, but it'd be a gargantuan pain in the rump.

If you don't mind me asking, how in the world did you end up purchasing a logbook with someone else's name/address information?

Well last year I got an used Jeppesen kit for my birthday. I saw it on Ebay and asked my parents to buy it for me as a present as a new kit is expensive. The logbook came with it but the guy has like 4 hours logged in there. But I already perfectly ripped that one out and threw it away.

Speaking of log books... I raised this question a while ago and didn't really get an answer. I haven't updated my hard copy logbook since about September. I have an xls spreadsheet and Log Book Pro keeping track for me now. LBP has a really nice print feature and I have gotten a nice leather binder to put the sheets in. Is that sufficent for an interview or are they going to want to see the hand written version stretching all the way back?

Don't think you need a handwritten copy... the printed one should be more than acceptable. I'm sure interviewers will be familiar with Log Book Pro.

I'd just sign each page as "verified to be true and correct."
