Best Instrument Rating Training Videos

Since I was raise in the short attention span world of Nintendo and instant satisfaction, I'm interested in applying some of my finely honed couch potato skills towards my instrument rating study/training.

Can someone recommend the best video instrument course?
 
Sporty's instrument course is decent. Also, consider picking up a copy of "Everything Explained to the Professional Pilot". The author of that one does a great job at explaining IFR regs and procedures in plain english.
 
Everything explained is a great book. Though cheesy the king schools videos are good as well.
