Hi, going to the Bahamas in a couple of months and had a question about flight plans. Correct me if I'm wrong, but in order to exit the U.S. a VFR flight must have filed a DVFR flight plan. Where I was getting confused was where the ICAO International Flight Plan came into play. There is no DVFR option on an ICAO International Flight Plan. When is it necessary to use the international flight plan? When coming back I have to be on a DVFR flight plan as well right? Thanks for the help!
