Remuneration and benefit package:
For Option A, Permanent residence (11 months on / 1 month off)

An all in package equivalent to 386,800 US$ before tax per year for of about 50 flight hours per months
  • Equivalent before tax remuneration is based on after tax package of 246,400 US$ per year at an average Chinese taxation rate of 36.2 %. The net of tax package encompasses the following:
    • A monthly remuneration package, including allowance and bonuses, averaging 29.500 US$ net of taxes as follows:
      • 17,000 US$ base remuneration for the first three year term including accommodations
      • 12,000 US$ yearly safety bonus paid after the first 12 months
      • 14,000 US$ yearly safety bonus paid after the second 12 months
      • 16,000 US$ yearly safety bonus paid after the third 12 months
      • 5,000 US$ safety bonus every 12 months
      • 1,120 US$ lodging allowance per month
      • 10,000 US$ transportation allowance per year
      • Thirty day annual paid leave
      • Expat support services in China at screening, induction and throughout the period of service
For Option B, Permanent residence (10 months on / 2 months off)
An all in package equivalent to 352,100 US$ before tax per year for an average of 50 flight hours per months
  • Equivalent before tax remuneration is based on after tax package of 225,500 US$ per year at an average Chinese taxation rate of 35.9 %. The net of tax package encompasses the following:
    • A monthly remuneration package, including allowance and bonuses, averaging 18,800 US$ net of taxes as follows:
      • 15,500 US$ base remuneration for the first three year term including accommodations
      • 11,000 US$ yearly safety bonus paid after the first 12 months
      • 13,000 US$ yearly safety bonus paid after the second 12 months
      • 15,000 US$ yearly safety bonus paid after the third 12 months
      • 5,000 US$ safety bonus every 12 months
      • 966 US$ lodging allowance per month
      • 10,000 US$ transportation allowance per year
      • Sixty day annual paid leave

For Option C, 6 weeks on / 2 weeks off rotations
An all in package equivalent to 310,400 US$ before tax per year for of 50 flight hours per months
  • Equivalent before tax remuneration is based on after tax package of 204,600 US$ per year at an average Chinese taxation rate of 34.1 %. The net of tax package encompasses the following:
    • A monthly remuneration package, including allowance and bonuses, averaging 17,000 US$ net of taxes as follows:
      • 14,000 US$ base remuneration for the first three year term including accommodations
      • 10,000 US$ yearly safety bonus paid after the first 12 months
      • 12,000 US$ yearly safety bonus paid after the second 12 months

      • 5,000 US$ safety bonus every 12 months

For Option D, 4 weeks on / 3 weeks off rotations
An all in package equivalent to 230,900 US$ before tax per year for of 50 flight hours per months
  • Equivalent before tax remuneration is based on after tax package of 162,600 US$ per year at an average Chinese taxation rate of 26.9 %. The net of tax package encompasses the following:
    • A monthly remuneration package, including allowance and bonuses, averaging 13.500 US$ net of taxes as follows:
      • 14,000 US$ base remuneration for the first three year term including accommodations
      • 5,000 US$ yearly safety bonus paid after the first 12 months
      • 6,000 US$ yearly safety bonus paid after the second 12 months
      • 7,000 US$ yearly safety bonus paid after the third 12 months
      • 5,000 US$ safety bonus every 12 months
