Spreadsheet showing sig increase on B6- 44.52/hr start and 90.76/hr cap. Who can confirm?

Hearing a class of 6 starting sometime in Q1 2026. Posting should go up sometime in August or Sept. Unsure yet if it will open up internal only or internal/external.

Appreciate the reply. Would be nice if external because I’m in NYC right now so was just curious. I know y'all have hired people from my company before even though we are 129 not 121.

makes sense, evens out the hours worked. but the salary output is about the same as before?

In the past, yes. During the 2022-2023 hiring boom they hired a bunch of externals. Now that things have slowed down, and there’s a large amount of candidates with dispatch licenses in the SOC so they might prefer internal over external.
