Yulista Holding, LLC Huntsville, Alabama:<BR />Yulista Support Services LLC<p></p><p></p>Regular<p></p><p></p><p>PRIMARY FUNCTION: Ensures that all Aviation Life Support Equipment (ALSE 65) is inspected, installed and properly functioning. Additionally serve in Flight Dispatch (35) as a Flight Dispatcher</p><p></p><p>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS<br />• Maintains library of ALSE regulations, procedures, and mechanical manuals<br />• Maintains records on inspection; maintain expiration dates and supply. Inspect and maintain life support equipment<br />• Conducts aircrew training<br />• Inspects and records all controlled items used in first aid kits and vests<br />• Maintains safety procedures and cleanliness of ALSE shop<br />• Performs major and minor repairs, modifications, maintenance and inspections to all aviation life support equipment in shop and flight line environments with minimal supervision using various types of diagnostic testers<br />• Inspects, troubleshoots, repairs, maintains and performs organizational and intermediate (O &amp; I) maintenance level calendar inspections on aviator’s personal survival equipment and aircraft installed safety / survival equipment in accordance with applicable manuals, publications, and instructions<br />• Develops procedures for, and conducts equipment inspection, fitting, adjustment and aircrew instruction in the survival, use, and care of life support equipment and downed aircrew survival<br />• Prepares for and conducts life support and survival continuation training<br />• Inspects, maintains, and evaluates life support equipment and activities, to include receipt, handling, and storage of life support equipment<br />• Uses appropriate references and other publications to maintain appropriate and thorough records, maintenance inspection forms, training aids, and on-board aircraft survival equipment<br />• Conducts aircrew training such as simulated egress, and forced landings and ditching<br />• Maintains, conducts test and repair of Night Vision Devices (NVD), and ensures appropriate NVD records are maintained<br />• The Aviation Life Support Equipment Technician (ALSE) may be required to perform other related duties to meet the ongoing needs of the organization<br />• Acts as flight dispatcher for all maintenance and flying activities within the customer base. <br />• Initiates and controls forms and records relative to the maintenance/flying programs. <br />• Monitors selected GFE to include key control, fuel cards and vehicles. <br />• Acts as flight dispatcher, assisting aircrews with flight related requirements, i.e., weather briefings, flight plans, etc. <br />• Monitors and updates all USG Aircrew Flight Records. <br />• Updates and completes reporting of DA Form 1352 Migration of all customer logbooks (ULLSA) completed on a daily basis<br />• The Production Control / Flight Dispatch may be required to perform other related duties to meet the ongoing needs of the organization</p><p></p><p>SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES<br />This job has no supervisory responsibilities. This position has the responsibility and authority to carry out assigned tasks. </p><p></p><p>
