I am currently looking for work and came across AIM. Has anyone attended or currently attending any of their locations? I would like to get some insight about this company and how they treat their students. All thoughts will be greatly appreciated whether good or bad. Thanks.

If your goal is to become an A/P mechanic I have always suggested finding a community college close to home that has an A/P program. The cost of some of these brand name schools is astronomical compared to a community college, and no one cares where you got your A/P. The truth is school will only prepare you to learn what you'll need to know once you get a job. Also, the training will require a large commitment with regards to time, the FAA requires 1900 hrs of shop/classroom time to qualify, so you'll want to be really sure it's something you want to do. Good luck.

I also agree with what was said in the above post. Depending on your workload you might want to look at finding a shop to work in as an apprentice so you can get some hands on.

Thank you guys but maybe I wasn't as clear as I thought. I'm looking for a teaching gig not work in the field. I wanted some feedback from past and present students to get an idea of what kind of school it is. Again thanks for your input so far.
