Aviation headsets

I've had multiple Lightspeed products over the years, never been disappointed. The one time I had a problem, I was in a T310 with Qtipped props that caused an odd popping from the noise canceling system. Called, chatted with their head engineer, they modified another pair of head sets, overnighted them to me, no charge. I'm a customer for life.
+1. Mic snapped off my 4 year old Zulus from months of being packed...haphazardly in a roller. Replaced it free of charge out of warranty.

Ha I think he means the watch, but I haven't seen a Rolodex in years.
Well, it is hard to tell the difference, you know.

Thanks for the input guys and for the used headsets link. However i am thinking if i get a used headset, i will not get a warranty right? I am thinking my long term ear health is way more important. The list i have so far of the headsets i am thinking of buying are:

Bose A20 (http://www.sportys.com/pilotshop/av...bose-a20-aviation-headset-with-bluetooth.html)
Lightspeed Zulu.2 ( Strictly because of the similar features as Bose A20 and it has compatibility with FlightLink)
David Clark's H10-30X (http://www.sportys.com/pilotshop/av...id-clark-h10-13x-headset-battery-powered.html)
-It becomes a passive headset if the batteries run out?

What do you guys think?

I'm a fan of lightspeed, and actually bought a used set of Zulu.2s off of here. The warranty transfers with the change of ownership as long as you get the log in info from the original owner (you can change it to your info after you log in to lightspeeds site). The only downfall to the lightspeeds are they're not Tso approved.
