In Flight Crew Connections Charlotte, North Carolina:<BR /><br /><div>IFCC is looking for a crew scheduler who will work within an operations scheduling team to ensure all client request for flight crew are fulfilled. The crew scheduler will ensure travel is arranged and all trip details are communicated to the selected crew member. This position requires weekend, on-call rotation, and potential holiday work. This position will be on a second shift primarily with some rotation to cover first shift as needed. We are looking for candidates that will report to the corporate office in Charlotte, NC. Will consider remote work for the right person.</div><div> </div><div>What you’ll be doing:</div><div> </div>Scheduling aircraft crew for corporate flight departments.Utilizing company software and external sources to search for crew membersArranging travel for aircraft crew before and after the scheduled trip.Communicating with clients regularly to understand their needs to crew trips including special instructions, trip specific details, and pay rate approvals as needed.Providing a centralized scheduling service for all company aircraft.Receiving and procuring approved requests for crew transportation and positioning from clients.Initiating the scheduling process upon receipt of a client PO for tripsPlacing the qualified crew member and coordinating the details of executing that mission with the scheduled crew and requesting client.Coordinating the flight crew with the client’s aviation department.Interfacing with clients and crew members daily.Entering and recording all trip and scheduling process data into our ATS system and/or specific client system software.Coordinating crew visas and/or passports and arranging customs and tracking training records.Providing proactive sourcing support as needed to prepare for future trip PO’s.
