ASA Private Oral Exam Guide $5

ASA A Pilot's Guide - PA-28 Warrior (Content is very similar to a POH) $5

ASA Commercial PTS (Mint Condition) $5

FAA Airplane Flying Handbook (Mint Condition) $10

Gleim Fundamentals Of Instructing 7th Edition (Mint Condition) $10

The only thing listed that would help with the Instrument Rating is the Airplane Flying Handbook.

I live in Orange County and fly out of KLGB. Where at CRQ to you fly at? I was looking into a couple of places down there to do some multi-engine training.
