I was gonna interview and this is what the recruiter said. I would think it is. Unless they are misinformed? I'm pretty sure they work for the company

I suspect I know what they were talking about, and it sounds like a miscommunication to me. But I don't want to put words in anybody's mouth.

It's quite public that there's no company-wide freeze like SWA. All you need to do is look at the careers page and compare it to SWA's to see that.
