Dude, I'm not saying this didn't happen at all! I'm just saying that you can't waive this as your only proof! After reading all this bickering back and forth, I had to throw in there the possibility that photoshop could have come into play here. (given my experience with it)

I'm not taking sides, and I'm not going to voice what I think is going on here... I just dropped in to make the comment about photoshop. Best of luck to you in your efforts to get the money.
 
Do you have a suggestion for a third party to hold the money in escrow?

edit to add:
You don't have to bring the third party into it until you two are both in agreement on who to use. No wasted effort or imposition on others there.

OH OH ME ME pick me !!! I have no reason to steel 1,000 dollars and would be willing to help ! A 5.00 kick back as a thank you would be nice ... or 500.00 which ever works .... but seriously.... i'd be willing to be the thrid party.
