Attending Jax at end of April...

Just curious if anybody will be in JAX at the end of the month...going through the MEI/II program. I won't have much free time, but looking to meet a JCer or two.

Also, any JAX instructors on here? Just curious.

I plan to be in JAX by May 2nd, but since you are enrolled in the ME & MEII which is only about a week you might be done by the time I arrive. Anyways, you might find a JCer or two around there. Good Luck!

Is there a recommended "outfit"? Or can I just wear my normal button-down/ tie/ khakis? How much time is put in each day at the airport; all the itinerary says is days 1-3 ground and flight training, day 4 checkride, day 5 checkride? How does the Seminole fly? Very stable for the instrument stuff, and good in maneuvers? Any simulator time for the I-I portion?

That's all I can think of that I haven't seen. Thanks in advance.

Dress is what is comfortable... you will want a casual dress for the checkrides though... Kahki and button-down shirt. The amount of time is based on you and your instructor depending on the program you are doing.
PA-44 is a breeze to fly, not a problem at all...as for the sim time I am not too sure. I know that part of the check ride is in the sim... so I would assume that there is a bit of time spent in it!
