ATP Written 135 or 121?

Does it really matter which one you take? I have completed the 121 ATP written. However, if I get a 135 job, am I going to have to take the 135 written to go with a 135 checkride?

If you've already taken the ATP written, why would you need to take it again?

Remember, the ADX written is NOT an ATP written - although it's the "same" test . . . if that makes any sense.
