How does it work for guys going through the self paced curriculum when it comes to flying partners. I know with the 90 day there are actual classes of people. But what if there is only one of you doing the self paced ? How does that work. I'll be going to chicago facility for self paced.
 
Most of the time when you go through the 90 day program you have a partner. My partner left for a family emergency, so I ended up flying with a lot of different pilots, mostly 10 month guys from around the country. There were some guys who had a chunk of time off of work to commit to cross countries that would end up at a different base for a week or whatever time they had, to fly. It's great experience to fly with different guys and still follow the same CRM procedures.
 
I'm in the 10 month program and I have flown with a mix of 10 month and 90 day students. If there isn't another 10 month person up in Chicago when you do your XC phase then ATP will send students up there to fly with you.
