They already do take it. They just use it to collateralize loans in your name. See boxes 2, 4, and 6 on your W2. Or whatever boxes on 1099-MISC.

Uhhh... the pax bill of rights doesn't really give a damn about pax bags. Pretty sure going down a slide would be considered exiting the plane. Not preferable but you're still being offered a chance to get off.

Deplaning because you are trying to avoid the 3 hour rule doesn't exactly constitute an evacuation (regardless of whether or not you had to declare an emergency to get the door open). Go troll somewhere else.
