Position Description


Reports to the Chief Pilot, Flight Technical and Safety. Manages, develops, trains and has responsibility for performance management of pilots and technical personnel. Leads Flight Operations coordination with regulatory agencies. Provides technical consultation, technical documentation and support related to flight operations. Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes and supports new aircraft model development, and sets operational goals. Acquires resources for projects and processes, and tracks budgets, forecasts, and financial performance. Provides management of technical personnel and leads process improvements. Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, and peers. Operates and maintains qualifications as a Boeing pilot; job requires FAA ATP with the appropriate endorsements.

Other Job related information


Maintain qualification as a Boeing captain on at least one airplane model. Highly desirable to have significant experience in domestic and international airline operations. Instructor and/or check pilot experience on Boeing aircraft is highly desired. Good writing and presentation skills is highly desired.
