Trident Aircraft, inc. Easton, Maryland:<BR /><div><strong>Trident Aircraft</strong> is a multi-state flight school, management, maintenance operation, and FBO.</div><div> </div><div>We have approximately 29 aircraft in our flight school program, we also service private and managed aircraft.</div><div> </div><div>The Assistant Chief Flight Instructor is responsible for the day to day management of the Flight School and CFIs. Additionally the summer months include the United States Naval Academy Power Flight Program (PFP), approximately 250 Naval Academy students pass through our doors. The Assistant Chief Flight Instructor is responsible for all communication, aircraft, and CFI’s. involved with the PFP program and the Navy.</div><div><u> </u></div><strong><u>Responsibilities:</u></strong><br /><div><ul><li>Maintain the highest quality of flight training instruction to ensure student success.</li><li>Maintain the flight training standards as outlined by both the FAA and Trident Aircraft, Inc.</li><li>Conduct ground, flight, and other training as assigned.</li><li>Communicate with CFI staff on student progress.</li><li>Contact, meet, and ensure positive interaction with potential new clients.</li><li>Hold monthly safety meetings.</li><li>Responsible for accurately maintaining all appropriate records (Trident Aircraft and FAA).</li><li>Other duties as directed by President of company</li></ul></div><br /><strong><u>Benefits:</u></strong><br /><div><ul><li>Competitive salary</li><li>IRA with company match</li><li>Health Insurance</li><li>Paid Time Off</li></ul></div><div> </div>Equal Employement Opportunity Employer<br />
