Article on six figure jobs

I'm curious as to what the article means when it says graduate degree. Does a four year degree count as a graduate degree, or is that only a masters and up? If so, I could have sworn that Fed EX required a four year. Maybe not, but that is very interesting, hopefully not interesting enough to get a bunch of money hungry people into the industry just looking to make a lot of money.

Very interesting considering one is sixteen years out after flying military/regional six years and then FedEx for 10.
