Hey all, I'm unable to find a POH that I can download for the Piper Arrow. I'm looking for the emergency gear extension procedures for this A/C. The Arrow in question is an older, 60's model, however I assume they are all fairly similar.

Can anyone out there with a POH, spell out the procedures for me. Thanks a bunch.

Been a while since I flew it, but I believe it just has the release knob you pull, which releases any built up hydraulic pressure, which allows the gear to fall and lock mechanically into place.

Procedure should be:

Check nav lights off during the day (This will dim the 3 green lights if on during the day)
Gear Selector Down
Check circuit breakers
Slow to below 100MPH
Pull emergency release knob
If you don't get 3 green, try rocking the wings abruptly.

Just checked my POH and this is correct

Put the handle down and snap it, if anything it will help keep your instructor on their toes.
