Arm and Moment CG

I'm confused on the difference between arm and moment which makes the calculation of cg even more confusing. Can someone please explain the difference and possibly an example. Thanks.

hahaha! I have to be honest, it would have been much more comical to actually fly the route at five grand. Alas, reason prevailed and we decided upon the flight levels.

No it's not like that. I was defending myself from all the negativity. Too many people diminishing my career goals. I'll do as I please when it comes to defending myself.
