Ok, I am interested in Ari-Ben's pro programme. I just want to know more about the working life at Ari as an instructor. For example, who sets your working hours. Is it a mutal time agreed between you and the student, or does Ari-Ben schedule when you work? Roughly how many hours a month do you work realistically? When the pro course is complete, do you have to leave as an instructor, or can you stay online full-time?

I know its a few questions, but just wanna guage what it is like as an instructor for Ari-Ben.

Thanks guys

[/ QUOTE ] You and the students make a schedule.

[/ QUOTE ] 60-80 flight hours per month and ground as you see fit.

[/ QUOTE ] If you go through the entire pro course, Mike will give you 1-2 students and try you out. If your students are happy with you, the props don't get q-tipped, and you have good work ethics, Mike will keep you. Mike is a fair guy to work for.

It is a casual atmosphere, with good people.

Andrew,

Once you have completed the program you will be given a couple of students.
As long as you prove to the company that you can get them done in a timely
manner then we will keep on giving you more and more untill you get your
time. Right now our instructors are flying from 70-120 hours a month.
