Area Forecast

What are the three different forecast parts of the Area Forecast? How long is each part valid?
I have this question for my meteorology class and I can't find the answer in my "aviation weather services" book.

communications and product header
precautionary statement
synopsis
VFR slouds and weather

12-hour specific forcast, followed by a 6-hour catagorical outlook
