Anyone have some endorsement stickers pre-made?

I'm thinking of making out the format to fit all the common used things on a sheet of address, or some type like that, of sticky labels. Makes it better to only have to read my writing where I put in the students name, pilot number, date, and my signature.

Has anyone done something like this yet?

I started it a while back, and realized most things won't fit on the standard small address label laser printer type sheets, which I have a ton of sitting around. I'm thinking of the large shipping label size.

Or ideally, I'd buy one of the Dymo label printers, and type in the students name and such each time, but that would cost a bit more buying new hardward and all. And would require having access to a computer.

TIA to anyone who can provide a link, or wants to mail them along to me. I'll post on my site for others to use if needed.

at my flight school we have all the endoresments typed up on the computer and print them on labels. I use as small a font as possible and print on address labels. The label is usually a little big so i trim the edges before I put it in the student's logbook.

I use various sized labels for various endorsements. Usually the two across (1"X4") address labels for most endorsements and the larger shipping labels (2"X4") for checkride endorsements (it contains all of the endorsements on one label).

I'd pass them on, but they already have my name and CFI number printed on the labels so I don't have to write that in either..

Hmm, maybe that is the ticket. I've got a box of 3 across address labels, from when the office from my pervious job closed a couple years back. Even 6pt or 8pt, though it would be small, would be easier to fit stuff on a page than writing it by hand, as pens always seem to bleed a bit too much.
I understand on already having your name on it. That is what I was going to do.
Guess when I get this done up, I'll have to post it on the site for others to use.

For the all on shipping label endorsement, do you combine all the required stuff into one, or multiple separate endorsements on one sticker?

Problem with going so small on the print, is having to leave space to hand write in the student name. I thought about just pre-printing out a sheet for each student, and keeping it on file.

[/ QUOTE ]I combine the endorsements so I only need to enter the student's name and sign once

I don't have the document available where I am right now, but if you PM me as a reminder I'll post the language I use later.

Finally go a moment to pull my stickers out. Here's what the shipping label for the Private checkride says:

Private Pilot Practical Test Endorsement

I certify:

1. ____________________________ has received the ground and flight training required by FAR 61.107 and 61.109.
2. I have given him/her flight training in preparation for the practical test within the preceding 60 days.
3. S/he has demonstrated satisfactory knowledge of any subject areas shown to be deficient on the aeronautical knowledge test.
4. S/he is prepared for the private pilot - airplane single engine practical test.

Followed by the date, a place for my signature, and my name and certificate number/expiration

If enough people though tit would be helpful, I can take my group of stickers, modify them for more general use, pop them into pdf files and post them somewhere. I won't be able to do it right away, but...
