Anybody hear from FliFo with Southwest ?

In my dispatch class we had a young guy- really bright IMO who was doing FliFo for Southwest. He seemed to really like it. Then another guy from that same dispatch class applied during class, and said he got hired on.

Took a shot at it myself in the recent opening. Anyone else apply or hear anything ?

From the posts I've read on here good way to get in the ops center,learn and reach for whatever opportunities that may present themselves.

I'm not even sure,but I understand it to be flight following and updating the times throughout their system. ETA,ETD, In/Out gate. Status,etc.

I know wherever I land I'm taking a nice hair cut, so honestly I haven't bothered to inquire about it.

Flight following at a major is all I can think of and that's not a bad deal IMO.

I guess it was closer to a couple weeks ago- the 7th, from what I've heard interviews will be conducted next week.

I did indeed apply in February and interviewed in early March.
