Having read the "How low can the mins go" I decided to ask the question...Are there any regional Captains that have flown with pilots from the fast track programs and what do you think? Do you feel like a babysitter? Are they safe? Other comments?
Just seems like the debate goes back and forth (and I know it will continue to do so), but we never hear from the pilots that actually fly with the fast track people and get their opinions.
