Morning my fellow avgeeks!

Moved to this awesome state(ahem ahem)a little over a year ago from the east coast after I got married and acquired small gig doing handy work to save up for my cfi course which I plan to start in march and pay down my aviation loans.

Currently I have around 340tt and was just curious if there are any opportunities in this state or nationally(willing to move).

Any insight would be appreciated.

Thanks a bunch and have a great day/weekend.

Look through the jobs section of this forum. You'll find plenty of opportunities and leads to start your job search. Best of luck!

Check Rockwall, they allow freelance CFIs and there is always flying to be had. Also try becoming a line guy at DAL or ADS. You'll get work.

There isn't a spot on the east coast you could pay me to live. Dallas is a fantastic city.

Will do. Went yesterday to ADS with my resume and went door to door. Lots of openings for cfi with pretty decent schedules. Wouldn't mind doing line, but will be going to Jax, Fl for cfi, cfii(21day course) in March if nothing flying related works out in a few weeks.

I do like Dallas and it's def growing on me.

Make sure you have a car. Cannot live in Dallas without a car.
