Yep especially because he felt weak in actual and wanted a II to go with him since we were solid all the way into Ohio and I was providing an instrument refresher dual flight.
Since absolutely no common carriage / holding out happened because I was not involved with advertising carriage or involved with the airplane.
Again you open your mouth not knowing what's going on to try to insult me. I would suggest that before you spill sewage out of your mouth and accuse me of something I am not suppose to be doing you know:
1.) The whole story
2.) Read part 119: Terms "Common Carriage" & "Holding Out" and understand the rules and regulations I am conducting the flight under and that it is none of that but a dual training flight.
Understand the actual regulations before you try to accuse someone of breaking them.

This doesnt really go on here but I'll put it anyways because James knows the guy and he knows the situation. Excatly how do you go about signing a contract to be a personal coporate pilot for someone who owns a airplane (which is legal) but not advertise to them for them to know your a pilot which would be illegal? Theres a guy who owns a 210 here and he has a furloughed airline pilot on salaray flying his airplane for him 5 days a week. Now I am also friends with the owner but how would I go about letting him know that I would be interested in taking over flying the 210 once the furloughed pilot get recalled without it being holding out even thoug he already knows I want the job?
