Any FBO's to starts training at here?

What FBO would you recommend me to start flight training at?
I live in Marshfield, Missouri; about 25 miles away from Springfield, Missouri.
I have a whopping 0 total hours of flight.
I would like to take a Discovery Flight and then start working towards PPL and so on.
I'm 16 years old, and a Sophomore in High School.

P.S. - I've been looking in Pro Flight Air (http://proflightair.com/) in Springfield. They are right next to Springfield/Branson Regional Airport. What do you think?

their website does not have anything that waves a red flag to me. i have no experience with them though. the only other information lacking would be flight instructors - hoe many, availability etc.

the rates seem reasonable, but again no info on the instructor rates per hour.
