I'm suprised there's not more of a 'mad dash' to reach WW2 vets because they're expiring at an ever increasing pace.
I attented the D-Day museum in New Orleans about a year ago and it gave me a new respect for what actually took place. Mostly from the vets that volunteered at some of the displays and kiosks that told first hand stories.
