Animal occupying passenger seat...

WWYD? You are a few minutes from departure. You get up to take your PDP. As you look back in the passenger cabin, you see a 60 pound "service dog" sitting up in a passenger seat. You ask the flight attendant about it and she says that she told the passenger that he could put the dog in the seat.

Would you:
A- have the flight attendant comply with policy and have the passenger place the "service dog" on the floor.
B- Ignore policy because it is better customer service.

Besides the doggies are usually better behaved than the 2 legged pax. Any dust ups can usually be resolved with nummy treats.
