Im looking to rent out a room in my condo. Not a crash pad per se but if a couple dudes wanted to split the room Id be cool with that.
5 miles from ANC, or about $12 cab ride. Two bedroom two bath place, laundry in house, furnished, lots of storage, pretty nice overall
$650 rent plus about $100 utilities including internet. Availible September 1st
