AME reviews?

It is that time of year again, medical time! I am in a land far far away from my usual AME and do not have enough time off to make the trip to see him. I have decided it is time to move on. Does anyone know of a place where I can get pilot reviews of AMEs or any info for the Tampa/Clearwater/St Pete area? thanks in advance!

If Dr. Coupe is still alive and practicing, that's who most folks around here go to - he did my last one, but that was eight years ago (clearly I'm not current).

There's a guy in Daytona Beach named Robert Kurrle. He is super super good likes to Keep pilots flying. Highly recommend him.

I have heard many good things about Dr Kurrle, unfortunately that is about 3.5 hours driving one way without traffic. I fear my blood pressure would be out of limits after I-4 traffic. thanks though, I wish I was closer to his office.

I think Dr Coupe retired. A friend of mine goes to Dr Laguna in Clearwater and seems happy with him.

Stacy Burkes in Mt Dora does a great job as well. It's a bit of a drive though from Tampa, maybe 2 hours. He's a good guy that knows his stuff, highly recommended.
