Again, it depends why it is being used.

It is a combination of the medication and/or the disease being treated that makes medications disqualifying. Without a diagnosis, I cannot say.
 
Thanks so much! Also, is allergic conjunctivitis (GPC) something that needs to be reported on the medical form part: Applicant History - Item 18. Medical History d. Eye or vision trouble except glasses?
 
I did not realize this had to be reported on Item 18 of the form and therefore did not on my previous physical. I did report the visit under doctor visits though. Is there anything I need/should do before my next medical to correct this?
 
Sorry for all of the questions. I just want to make sure everything is in order for my next medical. Do I need to bring any documentation to the next medical? Basically, I have been on alrex/lotemax for short periods of time periodically for the last couple of years and patanol for a little while, but I stopped taking patanol a couple of years ago. Thank you so much.
