Interviewed with them once. Video interview with extremely basic questions like what's the 1-2-3 rule. Idk how they weed out anyone with that. They told one of the girls that interviewed there that they prefer people with little experience.

This was likely back when you could except a large hiring wave by the majors every 6 months. Our last class all had 121 dispatch experience.

Yea the girl did too but not much. Less than a year. I didn't say no experience. It was like 6 months ago.
 
I am being advised that due to "processing" issues in HR that the class will not start now until OCT. 28. Not sure if interviews are still ongoing. Also, it sounds like another dispatcher has put in their notice, so the total number in class may be up to 8 now.
 
For everyone that has interviewed, expect to hear something back here in the 2-3 days.. class expected to start October 28th.
